Destination Wedding in Antigua

Katie and Kenneth were guests of a destination wedding in Antigua in April 2018. It was a smaller wedding at an upscale, family-friendly resort with a gorgeous wedding gazebo at the end of a peninsula overlooking the Caribbean sea.

"Hi Shannon,

Thank you! Antigua was beautiful!

-favorite part of the trip was just laying on the beach and enjoy the beautiful clear water and going out to kayak. Also, enjoyed having our own private pool at the villa.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful. The gazebo they have set up makes for gorgeous picture taking on the water

-resort was gorgeous, we enjoyed having so much space in our villa, and an actual tub!

Thank you for the welcome note in our villa when we arrived and checking on us while we were there. It was a great personal touch. "

Feedback from the Bride's Mom and Dad

"Hi Shannon,Thank you for everything! We loved the resort, the wedding was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our trip! I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting. We liked that the resort seemed small (we have nothing to compare it to!) and had a relaxed, laid back atmosphere. The staff was wonderful and accommodated our every request. Our room was in the best location with an amazing view of the pool, gazebo and beach. It was perfect. We adored Mandy, the wedding coordinator, and thought she did an outstanding job organizing everything. We loved the setting for the wedding and having the pool deck to ourselves for dinner and dancing afterward. The food/beverage director, Jasper, asked the band playing for the resort to stay late, so we could join in those festivities once our time at the pool deck was up. One of the staff arranged for the band to dedicate a song to Amanda and Trey, which we thought was very sweet. We never would have found the Blue Waters Resort on our own and can’t thank you enough for all of the planning and arranging you did for us. We would love to go there again and would recommend it to anyone. We hope to work with you again in the near future. Kim and Ted"

As a destination wedding travel agent, my job is to not only help the bride and groom figure out the best destination and resort for their wedding and plan their travel arrangements, but I also manage travel arrangements for their guests and make sure they are well taken care of as well.
